JIM SAUNDERS, Calgary, Alberta – President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Saunders is the founder of Twin Butte and has been the Company's Chairman since its recapitalization in early 2006. Mr. Saunders, an engineer, brings 26 years of diversified technical and managerial experience to the position and has previously been President and C.E.O. of three successful, growth oriented public junior oil and gas companies and most recently provided advisory services to various Western Canadian companies.
GREG HODGSON, Calgary, Alberta – Vice President, Production and Operations
Mr. Hodgson is a professional engineer with 18 years of varied oil and gas experience with Home Oil Company Ltd., Anderson Exploration Ltd., Penn West Petroleum Ltd., Prairie Schooner Petroleum Ltd., and Standard Energy Inc. Mr. Hodgson received his professional engineering designation from APEGGA in 1991. Mr. Hodgson obtained his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in 1989.
ALAN STEELE, Calgary, Alberta – Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Steele is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 25 years of varied finance and accounting experience in the oil and gas industry with companies such as Northstar Energy, TriGas Exploration Ltd., Bear Creek Exploration Ltd., Ketch Resources Trust, and Bear Ridge Resources Ltd. Mr. Steele received his CMA designation in 1986 and a Corporate Finance Diploma from the University of Alberta in 2001.
DEREK BOECKX, Calgary, Alberta – Manager, Geophysics
Mr. Boeckx is a Professional Geophysicist with over 20 years of varied oil and gas experience with Mobil Oil, Discovery West Corp., Canadian 88 Energy, Esprit Exploration, Dunvegan Oil and Gas, Greenbank Energy, and E4 Energy Inc.. Mr. Boeckx received his Professional Geophysicist designation from APEGGA in February 1995 and is currently a member of the Canadian Society of Exploration Geophysicists (CSEG). Mr. Boeckx obtained his Bachelors of Science in Geophysics from the University of Alberta in 1988.
IVAN J. CONDIC, Calgary, Alberta - Controller
Mr. Condic is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of varied oil and gas finance, audit, and tax related experience with KPMG, Precision Drilling, Enbridge, and Kerogen Petroleum. Mr. Condic obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary in 1997 and obtained his Chartered Accountant’s designation in 2000.
STEVE ELEKES, Calgary, Alberta – Manager, Land
Mr. Elekes has 11 years of experience in various roles with Merit Energy Ltd., Rio Alto Exploration Ltd. Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. and Trigger Resources Ltd. Mr. Elekes has been an active member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen since 1999.

Mr. Taylor is a Professional Geologist with 18 years of varied oil and gas experience with Western Gas, Cabre Exploration, Renaissance Energy and Bonavista Petroleum Ltd. Mr. Taylor received his Professional Geology designation from APEGGA in 1991. Mr. Taylor obtained his Bachelors of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary in 1989.

JIM BROWN, Calgary, Alberta – Director
Mr. Brown is currently Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Elk Valley Coal Partnership and Fording Canadian Coal Trust, a position he was appointed to in October 2005. He has 28 years experience in the oil & gas industry, the past ten years as Chief Financial Officer with High Point Resources Inc., Dorset Exploration Ltd., Richland Petroleum Inc., and Terraquest Energy Inc. Mr. Brown is a director of Culane Energy Inc., and Calgary Handi-Bus Association. He is a member of Financial Executives International Canada, and has served as President of both Calgary and Regina chapters. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant.
PAUL COLBORNE, Calgary, Alberta – Director
Mr. Colborne is currently a Director and Chairman of TriStar Oil & Gas Ltd., a TSX listed junior oil and gas company. Mr. Colborne is a Director of Titan Exploration Ltd, Crescent Point Energy Trust, and Breaker Energy Ltd. From September, 2001 to August, 2003, Mr. Colborne was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Crescent Point Energy Ltd. From August, 1993 to August, 2001, Mr. Colborne was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Startech Energy Inc. Mr. Colborne received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary in 1985, and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Calgary in 1986.
CRAIG HRUSKA, Calgary, Alberta – Director
Mr. Hruska is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Scollard Energy Inc., a private oil and gas company. Prior thereto, Mr. Hruska was a founder and President of Addison Energy Inc, a private oil and gas company which grew from start up to 9,000 boepd. He is currently a director of several private oil and gas production and service companies. Mr. Hruska received his Professional Engineering designation from APEGGA in 1990. Mr. Hruska obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta in 1987.
KEN MULLEN, Calgary, Alberta – Director
Mr. Mullen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Savanna Energy Services Corp., a publicly-traded oil field services company. Mr. Mullen was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Plain Energy Services Ltd. Prior to joining Plain Energy Services Ltd., Mr. Mullen practised law, specializing in corporate tax planning, structuring of acquisitions, corporate combinations, and as a Chartered Accountant specializing in corporate tax and finance planning.
PAUL STARNINO, Calgary, Alberta – Director
Mr. Starnino is currently the President of StarCor Ltd., a privately owned junior exploration company. During the period of August 2005 to February 2008 Mr. Starnino was the President, C.E.O., and founder of E4 Energy Inc., a TSX-Venture junior oil and gas company that was amalgamated with Twin Butte Energy Ltd. Prior thereto, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of E3 Energy Inc. and Vice President, Exploration and founder of CrownJoule Exploration Ltd. Mr. Starnino has also held senior management positions with Richalnd Petroleum, Texaco Canadian Petroleum Inc., Amerada Hess, Home Oil Company and Enerstar Resources.
